A1. I think this kind of mistakes is often happened. I made the same mistake when I worked at a Japanese style bar but the damage result from my mistake was not as expensive as that result from the staff.
A2. I don’t think that the staff member shouldn’t have lost their job because everyone makes a mistake at times. If anyone is afraid of making mistakes, he can’t do good work.
A3. I worked at the Japanese style bar when I was a university student. I was so busy that I couldn’t realize the time during the peak time.
A4. I sometime drink a glass of wine. I prefer red wine to white wine because I like beef dishes more than fish those and red wine is more suited to beef dishes than fish those.
A5. I assume that the Italian and French people are the biggest wine drinker in the world. But, the fact that people from the Vatican City, Andorra and Croatia are the biggest win drinker makes me surprised because those country are not famous for production of wine.
